When you place your mouse OVER one of the items on the left-most part of this vertical menu, THAT item then "slides out to the right" to reveal the second level of items UNDER that left-most first level item.

Then, of course, when you move your mouse a bit to the right, to hover over one of these new "second level" items, THAT item slides out further to the right, revealing the third and final level of most detailed listing of the contents of the Lucid Minds web site.

Generally each separate subject on this menu (often called a "Company Policy" is headed by a TITLE and THAT title is the phrase which is then included in this third level of slide-out menu detail.

If you have reached this page you have been given access to some of Karl's most insightful writings.

Over the years this web site has been home for a very large number of new subjects, generally relative to the operation and administration of Vibrant Life, the Company for which Karl Loren and Jean Ross (husband and wife) are the founders and owners.

The image above is an evidence of Karl's love of adventure, (looking at the image, he is on the right front of the raft) whether it is on his 70th birthday, white water rafting, or taking on the American Heart Association with allegations of fraud and suppression of the truth.

Incidentally, those allegations prompted the AHA to formally threaten to sue Karl -- to which Karl responded by publishing the threat and repeating the allegations.)

Karl's wife, Jean Ross, co-founder of Vibrant Life, has taken on the title of "friend of goodwill." She personifies the caring we feel toward our friends and customers. Her remarkable cure from deadly cancer of the esophagus is covered in the thousands of pages here.

Karl took on the role for Vibrant Life of Executive Director, Researcher, Philosopher, Author and Publisher of a tremendously wide range of subjects in which he has had intense personal interest. This very personal interest in this wide variety of subjects has then been subjected to an unusual but very methodical form of research, guided by one personal goal -- that Karl much prefers to be the source of some information rather than to study what others have done or written.

Karl, now 77, an avid student of Kung Fu, is surely not retired, but has shifted the focus of his life to helping his successor take over Vibrant Life (Mr. Clifford Woods) alowing Karl to attack NEW subjects with the same intensity that has made him famous in the areas of heart disease and cancer.

One of Karl's unique abilities has been to LEARN new subjects via a method of somewhat randomly directed force (attacks!) -- directed toward the chaos of the physical universe with the goal of LEARNING the laws and nature of the physical universe then bringing order into that chaos and writing about those rules, sometimes even the laws he has discovered, for his personal gain, then the interest, and, finally, but always, for the benefit of mankind.

Karl has followed the Policy of writing with intensity, generally with his own understanding of something -- often with an understanding that is not easily duplicated by many others. Karl, rather than dumb down the content of his writings, has, instead, looks to appeal to that smaller audience who are ready and able to understand. Karl calls them the "Lucid Minds."

Karl has gone by the motto: When the student is ready the teacher will appear. Being primarily a teacher, Karl has put in place well over 100,000 pages of web content on more than 50 different web sites -- content which, in many cases, is waiting for the student to be ready.

Then, there is no parallel to the value of that content to THOSE people.

Despite the narrow focus of his aim at that target audience, Karl's web pages, day in and day out, attract more than 300,000 "page views" per month as new people discover his writings and previous readers return for more. THAT is the measure of the interest those eager students have in finding a teacher who tells the truth.

Yet to be discovered on those many pages, Karl has created a unique learning management system that presents his electronic, interactive educational courses on many sugjects from morals to atomic physics.

One hallmark of Karl's interest and therefore of his writing is the very personal and caring nature of his material. While much of Karl's writing is factual, even break-through scientific, Karl also writes often with an antagonistic tone -- quite willing to be on the attack against medical fraud, quite often naming names.

Karl has found a very large niche of fans in a tremendously larger population of dumbed down, drugged and hypnotized public.

A long-time friend in India, Dr. MSR Ayyangar, has been Karl's business partner for more than 10 years. Dr. Ayyangar wrote to Karl about his advice for Karl's writing and published material.
