Correct Danger Condition Handling

Danger Condition

Necessity Level And Responsibility

As of 2005, first published date, A Danger Condition is hereby declared for Vibrant Life -- because three of our five phone lies are not now working, and there is considerable likelihood that the other two lines will quit working.

Also, the FAX line is not working.  This would be the fourth line not working for our service.

This condition is presumably caused by the heavy rains, and failure by the phone company to handle, but the cause of the "danger" is not ever external, but our own failure to anticipate this possibility and arrange for taking our own responsibility.

As of 2005, this condition of Danger was assigned to the Company, but in terms of personal responsibility that belonged to the ED, Tracye Bell, and to Maia Mulvena who is in charge of Division Three where "assets and material" are presumably included.

The condition is Assigned and I expect some quick acceptance of that condition and handling of it within a few hours of this writing.

I have started to handle by requesting information from SBC by email.  I do not expect that this step will handle the danger, but we may gain information of use to us.

I understand that Maia is in Court this AM, so expect Tracye to start the ball rolling on this.

One possibility that can be explored is to get new NEXTEL cell phones and get the non-working phone numbers to be assigned to those new cell phones.

There should be other possible ways of our taking responsibility for this condition.

Clearly the Danger Condition was never enforced, never followed and Tracy was eventually fired with theft of money from the Company and Maia quit after also taking money improperly.
