"MY PLANS" is a Company Policy that sets forth, as of this date, the "plans" suggested by Karl Loren, based on his observations over some 30 years of interest and research into improving the conditions of health care on the planet.
These plans are also suggested because, for the first time, Vibrant Life has a Planning Director who can not only take a plan into its structured "program format" but also then supervise that plan into actuality as described in the Company Policy entitled "Future Planning."
That Company Policy includes this section:
Clifford Woods, already appointed as "Senior Ethics Advisor" to Karl Loren, is now to take responsibility (with some sharing with Karl) for PLANS, "DIRECTOR OF PLANNING," reporting directly to Karl Loren who, presently holds the position of Executive Director. Mr. Woods now has full responsibility for the implementation of "planning" for Karl's dreams, including all those already laid out for Vibrant Life, and others.

These "plans" seemed useful when Karl Loren considered the possibility that he would have to, personally, "start over" as described at the link above, and then found that, in his new Director of Planning, he had the person who could turn not only these below plans into actuality, but the ultimate "plan" of being or finding and developing a successor to take over control of the Vibrant Life future.
Plans are listed below, not at all in any order of importance or priority of execution or action, but as they came to mind.
Plan One is for the Planning Director to assist Karl in the arranging of a successor to the ownership, and, possibly separately, the management of Vibrant Life, taking into account that Karl looks for continuation of Vibrant Life, not an inheritable estate to sell or leave to anyone but for someone to prove he is worthy of this transfer, the "pay" being only the contribution to VL during the time he proves his merit. This plan includes the arrangement of a suitable "retirement income" payable to Karl or Bonnie, as long as either of them is living.
This plan includes the training and development of this successor on the assumption that a "new person" is not immediately capable of proving his competence and integrity to take these responsibilities.
This plan includes Mr. Woods' prospective take over of the LLC System currently in the research and study phase by Karl Loren. This "take over," likewise, is without "payment" other than the contribution by Mr. Woods to the full development of THIS and other VL Plans as well as also to the further development of the LLC System.

Plan Two is for Clifford Woods to take over, both personally and with whatever help is available in Vibrant Life and elsewhere, a "cure" for diabetes.
This plan includes all his previous research on the subject, his newly found offer of help from Dr. Ayyangar, and also the purpose of developing a product that can be marketed by Vibrant Life.

Plan Three is to develop a personal relationship with Dr. MSR Ayyangar, partner of Vibrant Life. Vibrant Life has the exclusive rights, per a just-signed Memorandum of Understanding with Dr. MSR, for the marketing of all or any of his products for all of the United States, Canada, and any other place in the world we agree on.
Dr. Ayyangar, having just visited in November 2008, has left behind many samples and ideas for future collaboration and marketing.
This plan includes the prospective visit by Mr. Woods to India and his need to create, and if practical, manage via laptop from a distance, so that Vibrant Life continues

Plan Four concerns the prospective further future intereaction between Vibrant Life and Anu Raghavan, daughter of Dr. MSR Ayyangar.
Anu, having received some spiritual counseling from Karl Loren on her recent visit, is keen on exploring further her own future in science, and in alignment with her father's interests, also "learning business" by possibly working for several weeks at Vibrant Life, starting "at the bottom" and learning how it was for Karl and Bonnie to start Vibrant Life. The expectation here is that she finds out whether she HAS an interest in the business world, as opposed to the traditional science world in which she has already earned Masters Degrees and also a pHD.
As of now, Anu hopes to have a new job soon at a Delaware research facility. If she gets that job, she also hopes to get a couple months off before starting there, to work within VL (perhaps a month) and spend a month more personally, relaxing from her previous research activity.
If she does work at VL for several weeks, the present plan is that she would stay at Karl's home, find a car, drive to work at the warehouse every day and then "socialize" on the weekends. In addition to any further couunseling that Karl might do, there is the possiblity that Mr. Woods could guide her into areas of work, study and research more aligned with VL and Ayyangar purposes than the drug interests of her past jobs.

Plan Five is not fully described here, but more privately, and concerns assistance given to Dr. MSR Ayyangar in his position of Trustee of the Mumbai Trust.

Plan Six concerns the possible conversion, if this appeals to Cliff, of some or all of Karl Loren's Amex Mileage points (about 173,000 available) to some carrier that will accept them and then Clifford and Caroline's selection of that carrier for a trip that might include Italy and India, perhaps different schedules, or whatever. It is not too early to start on the process of getting approval for the use of mileage points this early -- perhaps 2 months before use when such seats are available.
This plan would be a personal program for Clifford, to find which carriers go to where they want to go, and which of them, then, accept transfer of Amex points. Delta, for instance, does.
Plan Seven concerns the plans now already in existence and expected to be executed. These include:
Renewal Regurgitation of Web Addresses. I have registered some 50 different web addresses, including 10 or more where the words are the same as a precept in TWTH and which squirrels might love to own if they were available. Some of our names, such as www.oralchelation.com are vitally valuable to our Company. The process by which these names are "owned" and "registered" is complex. I barely have it in mind and it all needs to be placed under the responsibility of another. Here is a typical reminder from a service that handles some of our names and automatically renews registration, but it must be reviewed to be sure they have a current credit card to use.
Plan Nine -- Educational Interactive Electronic Courses
Electronic Interactive Educational System. I am very proud of my development of the "Learning Management System" and the initial batch of electronic interactive Educational courses. I look forward to others learning this system and taking it to its full potential for Vibrant Life and our public. Combining this system with Hubbard Management data, and related data, along with the data already published on our 100,000 pages for accomplishment of our official Vibrant Life purposes.
